About me.

I am a licensed mental health professional who has training, supervision, and clinical experience working with trauma, anxiety and depression. I am committed to helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and their bodies. My work focuses on talking about painful experiences, reprocessing trauma, and transforming shame-based beliefs to positive cognitions.

I am passionate about creating resources to develop a safe relationship between the mind and body. I believe in meeting emotions with compassion and understanding. If you are interested in scheduling a session with me, please click the link below!

I’d love to work with you.

  • Everyone has something to work through.

  • Although difficult, you’ll never regret asking for help.

  • Imperfection is so welcome.

  • I want to know all parts of you and welcome them.

  • You are not better or worse than anyone else.

  • Taking care of yourself is attractive.

  • You’re SO worth the time, money, energy and effort spent in therapy.

  • It’s not about what you need to “do”. It’s about feeling, healing and learning how to deal.

  • If doing it alone worked, you wouldn’t be here.

  • Your new life may close some doors, and that’s okay.

My Philosophy.
