About me.
I am a licensed mental health professional who has training, supervision, and clinical experience working with trauma, anxiety and depression. I am committed to helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and their bodies. My work focuses on talking about painful experiences, reprocessing trauma, and transforming shame-based beliefs to positive cognitions.
I am passionate about creating resources to develop a safe relationship between the mind and body. I believe in meeting emotions with compassion and understanding. If you are interested in scheduling a session with me, please click the link below!
I’d love to work with you.
Everyone has something to work through.
Although difficult, you’ll never regret asking for help.
Imperfection is so welcome.
I want to know all parts of you and welcome them.
You are not better or worse than anyone else.
Taking care of yourself is attractive.
You’re SO worth the time, money, energy and effort spent in therapy.
It’s not about what you need to “do”. It’s about feeling, healing and learning how to deal.
If doing it alone worked, you wouldn’t be here.
Your new life may close some doors, and that’s okay.
My Philosophy.
